SHIPPING INFO

We ship fast! Orders usually ship within 24 hours.

Domestic Shipping: Flat rate of $7 for shipments sent to US addresses regardless of the size of the order. You will be charged when you check out.

International Shipping: We will contact you with your exact shipping cost, via email, after you place your order. Your credit card will not be charged until we receive your confirmation.

Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to buying.

Coffee Mugs: Unfortunately we only ship coffee mugs to US addresses.

5 DAY RETURN POLICY: Exchange only, no refunds. Store credit will be issued. Please note that shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

Drop Date Charm Option: Choose the year of your choice drop date charm or "No Date" for the same price. Our standard charm is the classic gold 4-digit year as photographed). If you need a year not on the drop down menu or are looking for the current year with some rhinestone bling, please place your order with the "No Date" option but immediately email us at info@pridestore.com or call us at 1-800-774-3339 to let us know what you would like. We will let you know any increase in price. We will not charge you for any upcharge until we receive your approval.

Material: Highest-quality Chinette (our tassels are silky smooth and they look and feel great). Note that some competitors make their tassels out of a rough material that does not look or feel good.
