1) How does Pridestore ship international orders?
We can ship by UPS or FEDEX at discounted rates. We can ship some orders via United States Postal Service, as well. They offer air and sea options.

2) What is the turnaround time on an international order?
About 98% of what we sell is in stock. If we are shipping via FEDEX or UPS, the order should ship out within 24 hours. 3) International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to buying.

4) At what point do we start offering wholesale discounts?
The prices listed on the website are wholesale prices. Pricing below what is on the website is available when you spend over $2500.00 on an individual order and, again, when you order specific items in bulk. Some items are higher margin than others, so it depends on the item. If you need a better price on an item, please let us know what price you need and we’ll try to meet or beat it.

An example of volume pricing is when you order enamel pins: If you order 25 each of 40 styles (for a total of 1000 pins), I will charge you $0.80 per pin, while the wholesale price is $2.00 per pin.

We also offer distributor pricing, based upon annual purchases.

We accept VISA and Mastercard, but we will give you a 2% cash discount for international orders paid by wire transfer.
